Description

Updates the UnsavedChangesWarning component to use the same selector that the SaveButton component uses for detecting unsaved changes.

Fixes #26468.

P.S. Also removes direct selector call, since BrowserURL component isn't used on this screen.

How has this been tested?

Go to Appearance → Widgets.
Modify widgets
Save changes and make sure the "Update" button is disabled.
Reloading page shouldn't display unsaved changes warning.

I still need to track down undo and double click the "Update" button issues #26468 (comment). Not sure what causes the latter, but undo is definitely "dirty" state related.

I tested this 🎉 but:

the bogus updates is gone for widget updates 🌮
the bogus update is present if (1) Add a block (2) Save (3) Navigate away ⛏️

I tested and for some reason I have to save twice to clear unsaved changes. When I do that it works as expected.

Yep, definitely happens only when adding a new block. That might be what @draganescu saw too.
