[Temporal] Implement addition for TemporalCalendar and TemporalDuration according to the spec

Reviewed by Yusuke Suzuki.

Some of the previously-failing tests for Temporal/Duration/prototype/add
are now enabled.

* Source/JavaScriptCore/runtime/TemporalCalendar.cpp:
(JSC::TemporalCalendar::isoDateAdd):
(JSC::balanceISODateOld): Deleted.
* Source/JavaScriptCore/runtime/TemporalCalendarPrototype.cpp:
(JSC::JSC_DEFINE_HOST_FUNCTION):
