Just looked over this PR and everything seems to work fine with the updates from #1064. The test failure seems to be from the fact that the WEC-Sim/WEC-Sim PR hasn't been merged yet |

@jleonqu the PTO-Sim tests are not passing on CI, but they are passing locally. We should look into this. |
