This PR includes the following revisions:

• Includes @jtgrasb PR Moving MATLAB Functions from Simulink to m files #654 to move MATLAB Functions from Simulink to m files and resolves [Developer Issue] PR 661 missing from dev #703. This impacts the body and mooring blocks.
• Breaks the WEC-Sim Library into sub-libraries for:
  • body elements
  • ptos
  • constraints
  • moorings
  • frames
• Updates the library colors to reference type of block:
  • Input = green
  • Output = red
  • Subsystem = gray
  • From Workspace = yellow
  • MATLAB Function = orange
• Updates library to 2020b, this is documented in Converting WEC-Sim Library to referenced subsystems #688 and Viz markers backwards compatible #714 and removes 2020a tests from CI
