Context: modeling a single offshore wind turbine monopile as a Morison Element

Describe the issue
Right now, WEC-Sim requires at least 1 hydrodynamic body. This is problematic if a user wants to set-up a case that only includes 'traditional' Morison elements (in my case, this is one wind turbine monopile). 'Traditional' Morison Element meaning a body with hydrodynamic forcing based on the Morison Equation, which does not include frequency-dependent hydrodynamic coefficients.

The capability to do this already exists in WEC-Sim -- one can use a drag body with the Morison Element option turned on. However the set-up in wecSimInitialize.m does not allow this to happen unless a hydro body is present. A few updates to the pre-processing can allow this.
