Fixes #336

Tasks

  • Add notion of vehicle type
  • Store setup/service times per vehicle type in Job objects
  • Parse vehicle type and additional setup/service times per type in json payload
  • Update all contexts where setup/service times are used to point to the new data
  • Update docs/API.md
  • Update CHANGELOG.md
  • review
