To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to /threshold/.
2. Click on the delete icon of one of the rules.
3. See that the arrow of the popover is aligned with the "Last edited" column.

Expected behavior

I would expect the arrow to align with the delete icon.
