I am afraid this won't work. While the old URL can be used to download the raw pagecontent.xsd, the new URL points to a GitHub page which displays that file with a lot of additional information.

make vendorwill currently fail with timeout errors. This commit changes the source from primaresearch.org to https://github.com/PRImA-Research-Lab/PAGE-XML
