Description

Currently, using pretty.install in an IPython/Jupyter environment silently ignores when an existing console instance is passed and instead always gets the global console. This PR fixes that, so we can use e.g. themes with pretty.install also in IPython.

Can be tested with this snippet:

con = console.Console(no_color=True)
pretty.install(console=con)
'This text should not be colored'
