Fixes a bug introduced in #69 which ended up breaking the RUNFILE_ROOTS logic :(

Modifies RUNFILE_ROOTS logic to use user-specified Runfile pattern, when provided, or default to
Runfilebug: No-longer prints cmd not found error when Runfile could not be loaded.
