Fix the following problems for the 0.0.5 release:

• HTTP refetching not working correctly on windows
• HTTP Server and Cron Event can´t run together in windows
• Remove models from profile not working
• Free models sometimes failing (probably rate limited)
• Mention Cloudflare together with ngrok for Server Exposure.
• Parallel Loop implementation missing!!
