Cache resource ids to avoid expensive calls to `packResources.getIdentifier`
Icon pack icons had the `frontImage` applied to all icons not just system icons
* getDrawableIconForPackage was doing the same thing as getIconForPackage * clean code from custom icon pages
previously we were depending on the cached drawable being null to set the default icon
call setRequestedOrientation in Activity onCreate
