This PR resolves several issues with how type icons are displayed.
First, it adds a new icon for associated types and fixes a bug that caused requirements to always show the protocol icon in documentation entries.
Second, it fixes the logic for how icons in the sidebar are determined, so now icons show up under Requirements and other sections.
