Describe the bug

The alignment/wrapping of the course materials page for the instructor is wonky. I'm not sure what its supposed to look like on different screen sizes, but the page title should not drop below the buttons or legend:

I'm not sure it matters, but I have not uploaded any course materials yet.

This is Chrome on Mac.
