What problem are you trying to solve with Submitty

Currently, the only indication that Rainbow Grades Nightly Builds are enabled is the toggle option in the Course Settings menu. Since this feature will soon be enabled by default, there should be a warning banner to clearly inform instructors.

Describe the way you'd like to solve this problem

Add a banner to the Rainbow Grades Customization page indicating whether Nightly Build is enabled or disabled.
Also in that banner indicate whether the course is archived -- if it is archived, the nightly build status should be greyed out (since nightly build status is ignored and it is never run on archived course)
