Discussion Forum button overlap on small browser #11592

Describe the bug
When making the discussion forum browser size smaller, the buttons overlap and you cannot press the ones behind.
Expected behavior
The buttons should not overlap, maybe bring overlapped buttons to a new line.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Navigate to Discussion Forum
- Make browser size smaller
- See error
