We do not describe in setup the development environment how to configure an IDE to work on the project. We should describe

• How to configure VS Code
• How to configure PyCharm

Where applicable we should explain

• How to set the interpreter to the poetry environment that was created by poetry install
• How to set pytest as the test runner
• How to set Numpy as the style of docstrings
