Closes #857
Closes #858

Summary of Changes

Add null-safe variants for all chained expressions, to complement the existing null-safe member accesses:

  • Null-safe calls: f?()
    • If the receiver is null, the result is null.
    • Otherwise, it acts like a normal call.
  • Null-safe indexed access: list?[1]
    • If the receiver is null, the result is null.
    • Otherwise, it acts like a normal indexed access.
