As a Pillarbox developer, I want to have access to a Slider component in both the mobile and TV demo applications.

Acceptance criteria

• The common component is available in pillarbox-demo-shared.
• It shouldn't depend on Material.
• It should provide the features that are currently used by Slider on mobile and TVSlider on TV.
