Feature Description

As a part of epic (#13631), a new variable NUTS (Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics) code is required to be added to infrastructure entities Country, Region, District and Community.

Added Value/Benefit

• Epipulse exports for diseases will correctly lookup NUTS code for person address and responsible jurisdiction levels

Acceptance Criteria

Entities and DTOs

• A String nutsCode field is added to the entities and dtos for Country, Region, District and Community

Directory and creation/editing forms

• A new texfield with captions NUTS CODE is added to the data grids (column is sortable), creation and editing forms for Country, region, district and community configuration user interface
