Feature Description

After the Disease enum has been modified in (#13609) as part of epic (#13608), the case data form needs to be updated with Cryptosporidiosis-specific details.

Added Value/Benefit

SORMAS will support Cryptosporidiosis disease case surveillance

Acceptance Criteria

• The "Notified" by card is enabled.
• Case classification Suspect(possible) hidden.
• Case definition as per ECDE should be displayed.
• Pre existing conditions hidden.
• Additional Pre existing conditions displayed.
• The Immunization card is hidden.
• Vaccination status hidden.
• Case classification Criteria
  • Possible case hidden
  • Probable case
    • Clinical Criteria(at least one of the following two)
      • diarrhoea
      • abdominal pain
    • Epidemiological Criteria
      • Exposure to contaminated food
      • Human to human transmission
      • Exposure to a common source
      • Animal to human transmission
      • Environmental exposure
  • Confirmed case
    • Any person meeting the clinical and the laboratory criteria
• In case persons tab, type of occupation should contain new value as "Place of work/ school/ Nursery"
• Case persons tab, should behave like other LUX specific diseases(Measles, IMI & IPI)
