Blacklisted url logic doesnt account processed options from option processor #3828
Description
If you use options processor instead of passing options to every call of sd_setUrl, then SDWebImageRetryFailed flag logic doesnt read processed options from the processor and marks urls as failed even if you add SDWebImageRetryFailed flag to the processor.
