Description:

When receiving notifications in Rocket.Chat+ (Android) for the livechat, I receive the notification that it is in a channel called "#undefined". Seems like a server-side issue, as the same message is present within the server logs.

Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.60.1
• Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
• Deployment Method(snap/docker/tar/etc): docker
• Number of Running Instances: 1
• DB Replicaset Oplog: disabled (?)
• Node Version: v8.9.3

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have a Rocket.Chat+ Android app logged in.
2. Start a livechat session.
3. Don't read the livechat session.
4. Bingo.

Expected behavior:

Correct channel within the notification (and the ability to quick reply? although, this may be an bug in Rocket.Chat+ Android)

Actual behavior:

#undefined in notification.
