Updates the BackendIntegrationTests snapshot for
testCanGetOfferingsFromFallbackURLso it matches the current fallback offerings payload.The only content change is a new
slentry underui_config.localizations, with Slovenian strings for subscription period labels (e.g. annual/monthly, plural forms, short forms,free_price).
