### Why - Remove further dependencies from the no-longer-maintained Carthage - Avoid building multiple architectures (`ONLY_ACTIVE_ARCH`) - Disable unnecessary code-signing The main benefit of this is that it will drastically speed up the `build-tv-watch-and-macos` CI job.
