Plus some various tweaks. E.g. removing one annoying linter rule and improving docs.
Adding a new folder
binwhich is debatable. I think it's fine to collect tools in there.There is a problem with the bin folder being directly reachable from a stock apache/nginx setup. Must address that later.
Intentionally degrading pixivbridge.
