For deny rules this blocked all commands; for allow rules a typo could silently auto-approve everything. Add an `invalid` flag to `PermissionRule`. `parseRule` now marks rules with unbalanced parens as invalid, `matchesRule` short-circuits them to never match, and all entry points (`addSession*Rule`, `addPersistentRule`, `parseRules`) warn on malformed input. `listRules` filters out invalid rules so they don't appear in the /permissions UI. [Critical] addPersistentRule() now returns early for malformed rules, but the callers that persist permission changes still save the raw string unconditionally. That means a malformed rule can be written to settings even though it never becomes active in memory, so users end up with a saved-but-ineffective rule and repeated warnings on later startups. Please gate persistence on the parsed result (for example, only persist when !rule.invalid) or return a success boolean from this helper and persist only on success.

[Suggestion] Filtering rule.invalid out of listRules() hides malformed persisted rules from the /permissions UI entirely. If a bad rule is already on disk, users may no longer have any normal way to see or remove it, which turns the new validation into a recovery problem. Consider either keeping invalid persisted rules visible with an explicit invalid marker/removal path, or sanitizing them during load instead of only hiding them here.
