ps_mbo (related to #39510 )
ps_eventbus
psxmarketingwithgoogle
psassistant
psshipping
ps_facebook
ps_classic_edition
ps_checkout
ps_apiresources
gamification

Expected behavior

No download unwanted modules!

Steps to reproduce

1. install PS8
2. update from PS8 to PS9
3. it will download a lot of unwanted modules
