Update from 8 to 9.
ps_mbo module. Aftere deleting module, problem gone.
ps_mbo not exists on PS8, it were downloaded without my allowance and break PS.

I believe, we shouldn't do this (but this isn't for this issue, maybe in another one we can discuss more - #39511 )

Expected behavior

no error

Steps to reproduce

1. install PS8
2. use shared hosting with putenv disabled
3. update to PS9
4. error appear because of module ps_mbo
