Merge the scsimon improvements into the 'develop' branch instead of into master
Previously, the time stamp was limited to micro-second accuracy. This was causing the captured data to miss a lot of the req/ack transitions, since those can take less than a micro second.
I wasn't able to find a nano-second accuracy clock that is available in Linux user space, so now the tool just counts how many samples it took over a period of time. It will then calculate the average sample time and extrapolate when each sample was taken.
The time measurements are much less accurate now, but its more likely that we'll capture every signal transition.
