2.9.x 会继续保持对 Windows 7 及以上系统的兼容性，等待 #48 合并之后版本号会升级到 2.10.0，自此将仅支持 Windows 10 及以上系统。
合并此 PR 后，版本号会升级到 2.9.4，应当在 2.9.4 所有计划项目都完成后合并。
