refactor: 重新整了下 Quilt，但是还没完工

revert: Fabric 和 Quilt 获取版本号重新合并到一起 chores: 代码清理
fix: 错误地显示部分快照版支持 Quilt
fix: 自动安装选择 1.14.4 时 Quilt 卡片可能显示异常
