This fix has been tested with a CTE-430 (no aux buttons!) and a CTE-440 (2 buttons and scroll wheel). Models CTE-630, ET-0405* have also been updated but not tested. Mapping of scrollwheel to AuxButtons report has been removed. Backported from OpenTabletDriver GitHub PR OpenTabletDriver#3676 Changes for 0.6.x: - Adjusted namespaces - Removed IConfidenceReport There is no hover distance defined, we cannot reliably include this, therefore it has been commented out instead
