Describe the bug
When selecting the terrain type paint tool in Adjust Land window, the dropdown that shows all terrain types appears in the same static position no matter where the Adjust Land window is actually located.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Construction -> Adjust Land
2. Click the Paintbrush button to enable the change terrain type mode
3. Click the button to select a new terrain type
4. See error (dropdown is not positioned at button position)

Expected behaviour
The dropdown should appear relative to the selected terrain type button
