I moved away from using dub.sh to having our own website redirect to whatever slack invite link it up to date. This allows us to cut out the dub.sh and not worry about getting rate limited. |

Updated all Slack community links from the old dub.sh/openhands redirect to the new all-hands.dev/joinslack redirect URL. This ensures users are directed to the correct Slack workspace invitation link.
