Add Urdu (ur-PK) locale to the Docusaurus i18n configuration and provide the translated documentation landing page as a starting point for a full Urdu translation of the Hermes Agent documentation. Changes: - Register ur-PK locale in docusaurus.config.ts with اردو label - Add ur to search plugin language list - Create i18n/ur-PK directory structure - Translate index.mdx (landing page) to Urdu Closes NousResearch#40637
