hermes status was missing NVIDIA API key from its API keys display. Now shows NVIDIA NIM ✓/✗ with key hash like other providers. Fixes #16082

Summary
hermes statusomitted NVIDIA NIM from the API-key overview table even though NVIDIA NIM is a registered inference provider with its ownNVIDIA_API_KEYenv var. Add the row so users can tell at a glance whether their NIM credential is configured.Validation
