What this PR does
Salvage of PR #1622 by @lmvdz — cherry-picked onto current main with fixes.
Adds three CLI UX improvements:
subcommandsfield enabling tab completion for command arguments (/reasoning high,/cron list,/voice on, etc.)/modelautocomplete — stage 1 shows providers (anthropic:,openrouter:), stage 2 shows models within the selected provider. Model info cached with 60s TTL.Fixes on top of the original PR
test_unknown_command_still_shows_errorintest_quick_commands.pywas still asserting onconsole.printafter the PR switched to_cprint_DIM + _GOLDconstants instead of bare\033[2m(was losing the gold theme color)_GOLDconstant instead of raw ANSITests
All 85 directly related tests pass. Full suite: 4759 passed, 0 new failures (8 pre-existing failures unrelated to this PR).
