Overview

Taking the visualization skill to the next level.

Inspired by clod visualizations, this PR introduces an SVG-based diagramming skill that makes
complex topics accessible through rich, expressive visuals — no coding knowledge required.

Supports a wide range of domains, including:

  • Physics, chemistry, and mathematics
  • Complex engineering concepts
  • Codebase architecture
  • Flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and more

Features

  • Clod-inspired visual style, consistent color scheme, arrows, and layout
  • Automatic dark/light mode based on system preference
  • Auto-hosts all diagrams locally at 0.0.0.0:22223 for instant preview
  • Flat, minimal aesthetic, no gradients, shadows, or glow effects
  • Ships with a rich set of built-in examples: aircraft layout, SN2 reaction, projectile motion,
wind turbines, pipe diagrams, traffic lights, submarine schematics, and more

- SKILL.md with full SVG design system (color palette, typography, spacing, dark mode)
- 15 example diagrams covering flowcharts, physical structures, chemistry, charts, floor plans, and more
- Supports 8 diagram types: flowchart, structural, API map, microservice, data flow, physical, infrastructure, UI mockups
- Auto-hosts diagrams on 0.0.0.0:22223 as interactive web pages

Salvage of PR #11045 (original by v1k22). Changes on top of the
original commit:

- Rename 'architecture-visualization-svg-diagrams' -> 'concept-diagrams'
to differentiate from the existing architecture-diagram skill.
architecture-diagram stays as the dark-themed Cocoon-style option for
software/infra; concept-diagrams covers physics, chemistry, math,
engineering, physical objects, and educational visuals.
- Trigger description scoped to actual use cases; removed the 'always
use this skill' language and long phrase-capture list to stop
  colliding with architecture-diagram, excalidraw, generative-widgets,
  manim-video.
- Default output is now a standalone self-contained HTML file (works
offline, no server). The preview server is opt-in and no longer part
  of the default workflow.
- When the server IS used: bind to 127.0.0.1 instead of 0.0.0.0 (was a
LAN exposure hazard on shared networks) and let the OS pick a free
ephemeral port instead of hard-coding 22223 (collision prone).
- Shrink SKILL.md from 1540 to 353 lines by extracting reusable
  material into linked files:
    - templates/template.html (host page with full CSS design system)
    - references/physical-shape-cookbook.md
    - references/infrastructure-patterns.md
    - references/dashboard-patterns.md
  All 15 examples kept intact.
- Add dhandhalyabhavik@gmail.com -> v1k22 to AUTHOR_MAP.

Preserves v1k22's authorship on the underlying commit.

Merged via #11363: #11363

Your commit landed on main as 9a4766f with your authorship preserved (rebase merge). Thanks for the skill — the 15 example diagrams and the flat/educational design system are the heart of it. Follow-up commits on top of yours:

  • Renamed architecture-visualization-svg-diagramsconcept-diagrams so it sits clearly alongside the existing architecture-diagram skill
  • Scoped the trigger description and added self-contained 'best suited for / look elsewhere first' routing so either skill can work standalone
  • Default output is now a self-contained HTML file; the preview server is opt-in and binds to 127.0.0.1 with a free ephemeral port (the original 0.0.0.0:22223 would have exposed diagrams on every network interface on shared networks)
  • SKILL.md went from 1540 → ~350 lines by extracting the host-page HTML into templates/template.html and the physical/infrastructure/dashboard CSS into references/*.md linked files
