Motivation for this change

Messed up the upgrade in #69395 - this actually does what it says on the tin.

Fixes #69949

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nix-review --run "nix-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
  • Ensured that relevant documentation is up to date
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

So this isn't great due to the massive rebuild and this needing backporting to 19.09. I'll rework this to override the versions of the dependencies that cause the rebuild but it will realistically not be for another couple of days.

For 19.09 I suggest fixing up the earlier made mistake. I don't think we should bump these versions in stable anymore.

this has bit-rotted badly, home-assitant is at 0.100.3 on master.

I would suggest closing
