The main change is:

  bugfix: s6-svscan didn't delay killing until scan. Prepare for 2.12.0.1

which apparently had a bug in the bugfix and was amended by

  Prepare for 2.12.0.2; fix scheduling of rescans/restarts in s6-svscan
