The main change is: bugfix: s6-svscan didn't delay killing until scan. Prepare for 2.12.0.1 https://git.skarnet.org/cgi-bin/cgit.cgi/s6/commit/?id=2598c3ce94f6f292bdd234020709af034c27d262 which apparently had a bug in the bugfix and was amended by Prepare for 2.12.0.2; fix scheduling of rescans/restarts in s6-svscan https://git.skarnet.org/cgi-bin/cgit.cgi/s6/commit/?id=8d032b7ff814b08aba0b23c03cdd589eae98d22a
