As requested, I've broken the single-line instances list into one line per server name, while keeping the duplicate entry for 'sfba.social' for now. This commit removes the second occurrence of 'sfba.social' in fetch.py, which was redundantly causing extra API requests. The ranking algorithm already uses 'distinct', so this won't change the final rankings but will improve efficiency. tests have been run and passed.
