Describe the bug
The molten salt linear fresnel IPH miscalculates the "Estimated total installed cost per net capacity" value.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create Industrial Process Heat Linear Molten Salt model in SAM
2. Go to Installation costs page
3. See calculated Estimated total installed cost per net capacity

Expected behavior
Value should be Total Installed Cost / Nameplate capacity. Issue is due to a unit conversion.
