Describe the bug

CSP models that use the MaterialProperties widget cause an unhandled exception when User Defined option is selected.

Also, selecting an HTF does not change the HTF parameters: Need to check for all CSP and IPH configurations.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create default Physical Trough / Single Owner case.
2. On Solar Field page, choose User-defined for HTF.

Expected behavior

Widget should open with default properties.

All CSP models that use MateralProperties widget should work properly.
