1. Create a Detailed PV case.
2. On the Module page, choose CEC Performance Model with User Entered Specifications.
3. Under "Save / Load Data" at the bottom of the page, click Save to file.
4. Note "Data save failed!" error

Need to test all save/load buttons in UI.

Tested in SAM 2023.12.17 for Windows.
