Describe the bug

-Enable/disable of bifacial electrical mismatch loss input only updating on page load not on change of calculate_bifacial_electrical_mismatch checkbox

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to PV Single Owner
2. Set module to bifacial
3. Check and uncheck Calculate checkbox to the right of bifacial electrical mismatch loss category

Expected behavior

Enable/ disable should update on change of checkbox and on page load
