Propose changing the defaults for PV Battery / Merchant Plant (and maybe all Merchant Plant configurations) to Fixed cleared capacity and time series price with Energy market fixed cleared capacity set to 100%?

• It's difficult or impossible to come up with reasonable default hourly cleared capacity values.
• Solves zero revenue for default configuration problem.
• Gives results that make intuitive sense: In Lifetime Hourly Data results, Energy Market Generated Revenue = System Power Generated * Energy Market Price.
• Provides a starting point for new users to understand the merchant plant model: Instead of being confused and frustrated by “Why is revenue zero” they might start wondering with awe “How can I set the cleared capacity on an hourly basis?”
