When opening a Standalone battery FOM case, the battery nameplate in the Capacity Payments tab reports as 0 kW regardless of the actual battery nameplate

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Standalone battery, FOM case
2. Go to Revenue page
3. Open Capacity Payment dropdown
4. See misreported battery nameplate

Expected behavior

Battery nameplate should match the value on the Battery Cell and System tab
