Issue overview

Instead of populating the .err file, EnergyPlus crashes when the following schedule is used:

  Schedule:Compact,
    OCCUPY-1,                !- Name
    Fraction,
    ,
    ,
    ;

A test file that reproduces this in 25.2.0 RC1 is attached.
