docs: remove verified validator

## Overview

As introduced by #96, we are dropping `signed` or verified validator in favor of [native GitHub signature verification](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/configuring-branches-and-merges-in-your-repository/managing-protected-branches/managing-a-branch-protection-rule). Remove the option from `action.yml` and remove the documentation from the README.
